背景描述 | SGC-7901细胞是于1979年建系;SGC-7901细胞源自一位56岁女性胃腺癌患者的淋巴结转移灶。RPMI-1640培养12天,细胞开始生长,首次传代10天;31个月中传代186代。SGC-7901细胞在免疫抑制的ICR小鼠、乳犬皮下移植成功,家兔、乳犬眼前房移植成功;淋巴结转移,从小鼠皮下侵袭至肌层。(STR检测位点同HELA) |
