产品概述

青霉素-链霉素(Penicillin-Streptomycin Solution)混合液,通常也被称为双抗,是体外培养中为预防微生物污染最常用的抗生素,常配制成100倍浓度母液使用。其中,青霉素能够干扰细菌细胞壁的合成,对革兰阳性菌特别有效;而链霉素能够与细菌核糖体30S亚单位结合,抑制细菌蛋白质的合成,对革兰氏阴性菌和革兰氏阳性菌均有效,但对革兰氏阴性菌特别有效。青霉素和链霉素联合使用可以预防绝大部分的细菌污染,但青霉素溶液对温度和酸碱度较为敏感,室温易降解,需冷冻保存,PH 6.06.5时最为稳定;而链霉素则相对稳定,PH 5.07.5时最为稳定。
