注意事项 | 1. 细胞贴壁慢特别是刚复苏时,一般两到三天贴壁展开,会有空泡; 2. 细胞在传代细胞中注意消散,不然难贴壁; 3. 成团生长,细胞密度越大,表面空泡黑点越多; 4. 一般细胞长至80%传代,细胞成片,其实密度很大; 5. 细胞生长太满对细胞状态影响严重,传代后易碎,死亡; 6. 细胞生长时间越久,消化难度也会随之增加;消化到轻拍培养瓶侧边细胞可以滑落的时候可以终止。 |
