背景描述 HL-7702 [L-02]细胞是人正常肝细胞;HL-7702 [L-02]细胞群体倍增时间约为20小时,细胞形态呈上皮样细胞。在电子显微镜下,亦显示上皮细胞所具有的桥粒和张力原纤维,HL-7702 [L-02]细胞增殖迅速,AFP与CK-19表达阴性,ALB表达在10μg/ml水平,部分细胞多次传代后发生形态变异,ALB表达缺失。(STR检测位点同HELA)
