背景描述 | SW480 [SW-480]细胞源自原位直肠腺癌,和SW620细胞源自同一病人一年后的淋巴结转移。CSAp和直肠抗体3阴性;角蛋白免疫过氧化物酶染色阳性。p53基因第273位密码子的G→A突变引起Arg→His替代,309位密码子的C→T突变导致Pro→Ser替代。细胞p53蛋白表达水平提高,癌基因c-myc、K-ras、H-ras、N-ras、myb、sis和fos的表达呈阳性,癌基因N-myc的表达未做检测。SW480 [SW-480]细胞不表达细胞溶解酶,一种与肿瘤入侵相关的金属蛋白酶。有报道称,SW480 [SW-480]细胞表达GM-CSF。SW480 [SW-480]细胞ras原癌基因的12位密码子有一个突变,可以用作PCR法检测该突变的阳性对照。1978年11月,A·Leibovitz将其提交给ATCC时已传代至第91代。 |
