注意事项 | 1.该细胞在低密度下形态不规则,细胞数量少,铺展面积大,高密度后形态会趋于一致,胞体密集;2.细胞增殖偏慢,初次传代建议1:2,细胞稳定后建议传代比例也不超过1:4;3.注意观察培养基颜色,颜色偏紫会导致细胞漂浮增加;4.消化时间会随着细胞生长时间和细胞密度而有所不同,需要结合消化时细胞状态来判断,消化到细胞可以滑落方可终止。 |
