产品概述

HEPES全称为N-2-Hydroxyethylpiperazine-N-2-Ethane Sulfonic Acid,中文名称为4-羟乙基哌嗪乙磺酸,是一种常用的生物缓冲剂,pKa(25)=7.5,有效缓冲范围为pH6.8-8.2HEPES最大的优点是,能够在开放环境中较长时间恒定溶液的PH范围。HEPES不能通过生物膜,对生化反应影响有限,是一种化学和酶稳定的物质,而且HEPES对可见光和紫外光的吸收度极低。因此一般认为,HEPES是一种优良的生物缓冲剂,对细胞无毒性作用,使用终浓度为10-50 mM,细胞培养常用10 mM
