产品概述
Leibovitz's L-15培养基的缓冲系统由磷酸盐和游离碱基氨基酸组成,代替了传统的碳酸氢钠缓冲系统,同时,用半乳糖和丙酮酸钠代替葡萄糖可以防止酸性代谢副产物的形成,有助于维持培养液PH的稳定,适合用于非CO2平衡环境的细胞培养。Leibovitz's L-15培养基适用于猴肾细胞和HEP-2的培养、原代(如胚胎和成人组织)细胞分离、多种病毒的培养以及神经元的培养等。
本产品含有多类细胞培养所需的氨基酸、维生素、无机盐等多种成分,但不含蛋白质、脂类或任何生长因子,故此产品需搭配血清或无血清添加物使用。

1、本产品经过滤除菌,使用时应注意无菌操作,避免污染;
2、本品不适用于CO2环境,CO2会导致培养液PH降低(培养液变黄),严重影响细胞生长;
3、为保持本产品的最佳使用效果,请勿进行冻融处理;
4、本产品仅用于科研或进一步研究使用,不用于诊断和治疗。
